Halfway up the drive, follow the parking sign to the right and there is ample room for a number of cars right outside the front door. |

Enter the door into the kitchen/dining room with views both North to the mountains and South over the fields towards the coast. Eight people plus a child in a high chair can sit here in comfort and it is very well equipped. |

From here the Utility Room, where you will find the dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heating boiler, clothes airer and Belfast sink. Also the second w/c for the morning rush and back door to the outside clothes airer and garden. |

Our new bathroom (2007) has a walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail and bath with hand held shower all set in a bright and clean tiled room. |

From the kitchen/diner, the lounge invites you to sit and relax, watch T.V., listen to music, play games or read our selection of books in traditional comfort with its exposed beams and inglenook fireplace with multifuel stove. There are comfy sofas and an armchair and also a double bed settee. |

From here, you can walk through the French doors to the centrally heated conservatory, which feels warm and sunny whatever the weather. This is a relaxing area with cane sofa, armchairs and coffee table at one end and a huge dining table at the other end that has seated 14 for Christmas dinner! It is an ideal place for contemplating nature, bird watching etc. |

From the conservatory you can walk straight into the garden. There is a table and benches and charcoal barbecue for outdoor meals and plenty of space to play or relax. At the back of the garden is a gate leading onto the land at Ynys Pandy where you can really play & explore the 17 Hectares of fields, trees & wetlands.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles including one with a cot, 1 Twin and 1 Full Size bunks, each room with its own view (either North or South), each individually furnished and decorated, each inviting a peaceful nights sleep.
